3 lbs round or chuck steak
Place steak in freezer until firm, not hard. Slice into thin
strips
½ c Bragg Liquid Aminos
or tamari sauce (w/no MSG) 4 T wine ¼ c pineapple juice ½ tsp sea salt 3 cloves garlic 2 tsp cayenne pepper
Mix together
and pour over steak. Marinate overnight. Put in oven directly on oiled racks. Put foil at the bottom of the oven to catch
drippings. Put oven on low (under 200) for 6-8 hours. Makes 24 – 2 oz servings.
