2 cups brussels sprouts
Cut brussels sprouts in half and steam until tender

tsp butter
1 Tbsp olive
oil
1/2 cup onion – chopped
3/4 cup green pepper – chopped
3/4 cup red pepper – chopped
3/4 cup yellow pepper – chopped
natural seasoning salt
Heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add brussels sprouts and other vegetables
and sauté for about 5 minutes. Season with natural seasoning salt. Makes 2 servings.
