1 ½ pounds fresh head-off shrimp ½ tsp
black pepper ¼
tsp cayenne pepper ½
tsp oregano 1
tsp thyme 1
Tbsp basil 2
Tbsp minced garlic 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp
butter 1
Tbsp tomato paste Juice of 1 lemon
In a heavy sauce pan heat olive oil to smoking point, add
butter and shrimp. Sauté 2-3 minutes. Add all other ingredients and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
