Nutrition Counseling
Personal attention to focus on your specific health concerns. Sign up for an in-person, phone or video visit consultation to tackle your personal health goals and make the connection between what you eat and how you feel. Our nutritionists will be with you every step of the way to support, motivate and guide you to success. Counseling appointments may be covered for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medica or Medicare.

Nutrition Classes
Get educated to make lasting changes to your health! Classes range from The Nutrition 4 Weight Loss Program (12 classes + a 90 minute nutritionist counseling session to lose weight and conquer cravings), to our Menopause Solutions (6 - one hour classes will teach you to manage the uncomfortable symptoms of menopause), and many more.
Vitamin & Supplements
