2- 14 oz. cans of artichoke hearts 16 oz. of cream cheese 1/2 cup of mayo 1 1/2 cups of parmesan cheese (shredded) 10 oz. of spinach 2 cups of cheddar cheese (shredded) 2-3 cloves of garlic or 2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. basil Salt to taste
Option 1: Mix in crockpot and cook on low for 1- 1
1/2 hours. Option 2: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Chop artichoke hearts and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Slightly grease 9x13 inch casserole pan and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with a variety of vegetables.
