6 organic hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons regular safflower
mayonnaise
1 teaspoon vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
dash white pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon dry mustard
Cut hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks
and mash with remaining ingredients. Refill egg whites and refrigerate.
Makes 6 servings.
To Complete the Snack – serve with 2 Wasa Lite Rye
crackers or ½ apple
with 1 tablespoon almond butter.
