In time
I began to feel increasingly ill: headaches, extreme fatigue, feeling better after eating, but quickly returning to feeling
worse than before. Eventually my blood sugar problems landed me in the emergency room. There I was given instructions to eat
a diabetic diet, but this only made my problems worse. I became clinically depressed, waking throughout the night with headaches,
and spending days feeling extreme weakness and fatigue.
Once I learned how to balance my food intake, my symptoms completely
reversed. My blood sugar quickly stabilized and this meant my energy came back, my cravings diminished, and my headaches disappeared.
My anxiety came under control, and I no longer had panic attacks. What a relief! I am now eating balanced five meals and drinking
80 oz. of water each day. The dietary changes I have made have been something completely new, but have turned into a way of
life that I will never forfeit. The extreme payoff from eating balanced is that I have more energy and feel younger than I
have in years!
