I took my first class at Nutritional Weight
and Wellness 2 years ago, and also did some individual counseling at that time. I was able to understand why certain foods
affected my body and made me feel bad. The program provided me with meal planning reinforcement I needed to apply my new knowledge.
Now my entire family eats together at home meals I prepare. My blood pressure is a healthy 114/80. Since my education at Nutritional
Weight and Wellness, I am now committed to my good health, and I anticipate living longer because of it.
