Would you like an eating plan that makes sense? One with delicious, real food? Want to eat in a way that improves your health along with your metabolism? Increase energy, eliminate cravings, reduce pain, stabilize blood sugar, maintain a healthy weight, and balance your moods by following our balanced eating plan. Bring your lunch and join us from 11:30 - 12:30 for twelve weeks and you will feel better than you have in years.  The topics are:

·        Learn a balanced plan eating real foods. (Use our meal-plate guidelines, or track your portions with food diaries.)

·        Balance your blood sugar for better energy, fewer cravings and focus.

·        Restore digestive and intestinal health.

·        Good fats, bad fats, trans fats: learn the role fats play in health and how to tell the good from the bad.

·        Essential fatty acids: incorporate Omega 3 and Omega 6 fats in your diet to improve metabolism, focus, skin, joint/muscle, and hormonal health.

·        Cardiovascular health: understand cholesterol, inflammation, and other factors in heart and blood vessel health.

·        Neurotransmitters: realize how food affects your moods, cravings and well-being.

Discover the power of real food to improve your health through scientifically based information presented in an interactive format. Strategies for change and group support help keep you motivated. Darlene Kvist, a licensed and practicing nutritionist for over 20 years, designed the program and class materials. Cost for the twelve-week series is $225, which includes a nutrition manual and Dishing Up Nutrition Guide by Darlene Kvist. Sign up with a friend and you both receive $25 off.
