Pot Roast

3 to 3 ½ lbs boneless beef roast – chuck, loin, round, etc.
2 onions, cut into thin wedges
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1- 14oz can organic beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp dried thyme, crushed
Sea salt
Black pepper
In crock pot, place onions and garlic. Place beef roast on top. In a medium bowl, combine beef broth, Worcestershire, dry mustard, thyme, about ½ tsp sea salt and ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper. Pour this liquid over the beef.
Cook on low 9 to 11 hours.
