We can’t believe it’s almost May! The grass is green, flowers are budding and you’re…not sure what to get mom for Mother’s Day? In honor of the special women in our lives, we’re offering our timeless cookbook at 15% off until May 31. But you better act fast, May 8 will be here before you know it!

The Weight & Wellness Way Cookbook and Nutrition Guide boasts some of our favorite recipes. 110 delicious recipes to be exact, including our nutritious chicken nuggets, lemon baked turkey breast, blueberry nut freezer bars, plus chicken wild rice soup and Southwestern Shepard’s Pie for when the weather turns colder again. (But we won’t think of that now.)

We truly believe that the right nutrition is life changing. Give the gift of health to your mom or just grab a copy for your own kitchen. In addition to recipes, we’ve also included a balanced eating plan and tips and techniques for your mom’s continued success as a home cook.

You can find the cookbook in our online store or in any of our seven Twin Cities locations.

Happy Mother’s Day from Nutritional Weight & Wellness!

Hi Elaine, good question. You can only use one discount at a time. Thanks for checking!

What is the approximate number of vegetarian recipes in the cookbook?

Not many would be vegetarian, we encourage the use of animal fats and proteins in many recipes.
