Darlene Kvist, licensed nutritionist and host of the weekly radio show, Dishing Up Nutrition on FM107.1, developed this class. Nutrition educators from Nutritional Weight & Wellness staff teach this informative and interactive class. The course has been designed to meet continuing education criteria for registered nurses and is approved for 2.4 CEU’s. RN’s are responsible for determining whether the course meets their needs. Price of the class is around $29-$39 and is determined by each individual community education department.
