Workplace Wellness Programs Made Easy
Manage health care costs, increase productivity, and improve
morale by bringing wellness programs to your workplace. Nutritional Weight & Wellness makes workplace wellness easy. When
people are healthy, their attitudes, energy and work reflect a sense of well-being.
Nutritional Weight &
Wellness supports employee wellness in three important ways: with onsite nutrition counseling, nutrition education and weight
loss programs.
- Nutrition
counseling is the most effective way to work with chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, high cholesterol levels
and obesity. Our dietitians and nutritionists work one-on-one with employees to create an individual eating plan and provide
recommendations to improve their health. Employers and employees report that nutrition counseling helps manage health issues
successfully because of the confidential, individualized approach.
- Nutrition education: Informative, engaging classes range from popular “lunch
and learns” to longer seminars for meetings and conferences throughout Minnesota and in other locations. Science-based
information and practical recommendations help employees make behavior changes that result in increased energy, balanced blood
sugar, fewer aches and pains, better digestive health and stable moods. These presentations on a variety of health issues
qualify for continuing education credits for many professionals. Popular topics include Stress-Busting Foods, Foods for Great
Energy, The Food-Mood Connection and Brain-Building Nutrition.
- Weight Loss: Nutrition 4 Weight Loss is a weight loss program that combines weekly
group classes and two one-on-one counseling sessions with a nutritionist to address individual metabolism challenges. The
science-based program focuses on metabolism, cravings and behavioral changes necessary for long-term success.
