Open Position: Shipping Manager
Full Time in St Paul
Nutritional Weight & Wellness, Inc., a leader in real food nutrition education with six locations in the Twin Cities, is looking for a caring, compassionate person that has a great attitude and is interested in working with a great team of like-minded people.
We are currently hiring a full time Shipping Manager to work in our St. Paul office. Hours are somewhat flexible but would need to be a consistent schedule. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-3:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package our online orders
- Provide above-and-beyond customer service
- Problem solve shipping software
- Accurate and detailed
- Inventory and ordering supplies
- Keep shipping area clean and organized
- Unpack incoming product
- Stock shelves
Minimum requirements:
- Organized and has a strong attention to detail
- Past customer service experience
- Has good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- High school degree
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs
- Able to work on your feet for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Extensive time working at a standing computer workstation
