We want you to be the healthiest you can be this summer. For the entire month of August, we’re offering five of our most popular life-changing nutrition classes for just $10 each! This means you can pick any of the five classes below and reinvigorate your commitment to health, learn about reducing pain, how to get a good night’s sleep or lose weight and so much more.

What: A variety of classes designed to provide life-changing nutrition education for a wide variety of health issues. All classes are just 90 minutes and are taught by nutritionists, dietitians and nutrition educators.

When: Chose a day and time that works for you! Classes are available day and night throughout the month of August.

Cost: Each class just $10 normally $30.
