We want you to be the healthiest you can be this spring and leading into the summer season. From April 15 - May 15, we’re offering five of our most popular life-changing nutrition classes at all seven locations for just $10 each! This means you can pick any of the five classes below and reinvigorate your commitment to health, learn about reducing pain, how to reduce your stress or lose weight and so much more.

What: A variety of classes designed to provide life-changing nutrition education for a wide variety of health issues. All classes are just 90 minutes and are taught by nutritionists, dietitians and nutrition educators.

When: Chose a day and time that works for you! Classes are available day and night April 15 - May 15.

Cost: Each class just $10 normally $30.
