We want you to be the healthiest you can be this summer. From August 1 - August 30, we’re offering six of our most popular life-changing nutrition classes at all seven locations for just $10 each! This means you can pick any of the six classes below and reinvigorate your commitment to health, learn about reducing pain, how to boost your metabolism or get better sleep and so much more.

What: A variety of classes designed to provide life-changing nutrition education for a wide variety of health issues. All classes are just 90 minutes and are taught by nutritionists, dietitians and nutrition educators.

When: Chose a day and time that works for you! Classes are available day and night August 1 - August 30

Cost: Each class just $10 normally $30.
