Brenna Thompson, RD, LD joined WCCO's Ali Lucia to explain the healthiest options when it comes to the fats you choose. Brenna described how to identify bad fats that you may be consuming and replace them with healthy, delicious fats.

  • Stay away from margarine, vegetables oils, fake butter spreads and other refined oils.
