Wild Rice Meatballs Recipe

Makes 4 servings as a meal | Gluten free and dairy free

1¼ lb. ground beef
1 organic egg, slightly beaten
½ c. onion, finely chopped
1 c. cooked wild rice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder OR finely chopped garlic to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine ingredients and shape into 12 meatballs, approximately 1½ inches in diameter.
  3. Place meatballs on baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes or until brown.
