Is it harder for you to maintain a healthy weight or lose weight than it once was? Have you tried several diets, but had trouble keeping the weight off?  Do cravings sabotage your good intentions? Nutritional Weight & Wellness has a healthier, saner approach for lifelong weight control. Learn how eating real foods in balance can help you lose weight, eliminate cravings and increase energy.  This interactive class explains how your food choices, blood sugar levels and essential fatty acids affect your energy and your ability to lose or maintain weight.

I would like to extend a heartfelt "thank you" for the opportunity to participate in the "Jumpstart your Metabolism" class this past Wednesday evening in Woodbury. In the famous words of Goldilocks, it was "just right"! First of all, the content was very valuable and not too scientific for a mere immortal to grasp. Secondly, the pace was neither too slow nor too quick. And finally, Kristen, the instructor offered everything one would want in a leader. She seemed to have a good grasp of the information, handled the questions efficiently and professionally, yet she was friendly and approachable.

Best of all, on a personal level, it was reassuring for me to discover that I'm on the right track with this whole nutrition for better living issue. For example, I learned that my effort to eliminate soda from my diet was indeed a good move--and my newfound feelings of wellbeing aren't my imaginings! Still, I find there are additional actions I need to take in order to improve my overall health. I'm taking baby steps that will ultimately add up to giant leaps! What more could a gal want?!

So thank you very much for this golden opportunity to advance my efforts towards better health.

Catherine
