Passionate about helping others, Wendy believes that health and healing originate from the inside out.

“Nourishing ourselves and practicing self-care are the best investments we can make in an effort to achieve our optimal expression of health.”

Wendy’s longtime commitment to real food and personal health journey made her a Dishing Up Nutrition listener since before she joined the team. In fact, after listening to one episode, The Cholesterol Myth with Dr. Stephen Sinatra, and subsequent testing, Wendy discovered the startling realization that she carries a genetic component that greatly increases her risk for heart disease. The news further committed Wendy to eating real foods in balance in addition to prioritizing hydration and sleep; resulting in elevated moods, weight loss, relief from chronic pain and peace of mind knowing she is doing all she can to combat heart disease.

“Nutrition knowledge has changed my life and my goal is to empower clients to become their own health advocates. Each client receives an individualized approach, but all will receive active listening and gentle guidance in a nurturing environment. I love sharing that all areas of health are impacted by nutrition.”
