Better Food Choices to Prevent Breast Cancer

One in three women will develop cancer in her lifetime. In 2008, the New England Journal of Medicine reported that less than 10% of breast cancers are due to hereditary mutations. So what does cause it? The Journal of American Medical Association reported that 30% of cancers in the western world are diet related. You may be wondering how you can change your diet to avoid getting cancer and that’s what this episode is all about, specifically breast cancer and what women can do to decrease their chances of getting it.
