Protecting Your Health as a Caregiver

If you are a caregiver, you are not alone. Almost 40 percent of U.S. adults are caregivers and as the population ages, more Americans will become caregivers. Research shows that caregivers are more likely to have symptoms of depression or anxiety, a long-term medical problem, and spend more days sick with an infectious disease.
