Sinus Congestion and Headaches

Many people have sinus issues. Some are chronically congested, some have sinus pain and others have sinus headaches. Even with antibiotic treatment for sinus issues, many people’s problems continue to return. Researchers at the Mayo Clinic found that the most cases of chronic sinus problems are caused by an immune response caused from a fungus. Sinus flare ups are also related to food sensitivities.
