Noats! No Oats Seedmeal

Makes 3 servings | Gluten free and dairy free option

Step 1

½ c. Hemp Hearts
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
1½ c Milk/Nutmilk/Coconut milk*

Optional – 1 Tbsp Granulated Stevia, Brown Sugar Stevia, Monk Fruit Maple Syrup

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for four hours to overnight.

  2. Enjoy warm or cold!

To complete this meal, add 3/4c berries (~15g carbohydrate) and 6 chicken sausage links (20g protein).
