Darlene Kvist, licensed nutritionist and co-author of the Picture
Book for Zone Cooks, developed the class. Nutritional Weight & Wellness staff teach the class. The course has been designed
to meet continuing education criteria for registered nurses and is approved for 2.4 CEU’s. RN’s are responsible
for determining whether the course meets their needs. Price of the class is around $29 and is determined by each individual
community education department.
