Key Osteo Plus’s Bone Building Formula [VIDEO]

Did you know that our bones are active, live tissue? They are constantly breaking down and rebuilding (called bone remodeling) throughout our life. This helps our bones adapt to new stresses like an increase in weight and to repair any microdamage. Plus, bones can become weak due to certain medications, poor digestive health, and especially if a diet has been high in sugar, soda or processed carbohydrates.

To truly support bone rebuilding it takes more than just a calcium supplement to keep our bones healthy and strong. That’s where NutriKey’s, Key Osteo Plus comes in. Key Osteo Plus is specially formulated to contain essential, highly absorbable minerals (A very important detail when it comes to bone health!) in addition to a broad spectrum of high quality vitamins. Think of it as two products in one, a bone-building formula plus a multivitamin.

As a huge bonus, Key Osteo is 15% off all October long! Try it out for yourself and give your bones the boost they deserve.

Each box of Key Osteo Plus comes with thirty or sixty days’ worth of supplements (depending on your current bone health) with each day broken into an AM and PM packet, both with different functions.

  • Each AM packet contains strontium, a mineral similar to calcium that works with the other nutrients to stimulate new bone growth and limit bone loss by boosting skeletal strength. It helps to bring the natural bone remodeling process back into balance.
  • Later in the day, the PM packet steps in with two of the most absorbable forms of calcium, microcrystalline calcium hydroxyapatite (MCHC) that provides comprehensive bone nourishment, and DiCalcium Malate, a chelated form of calcium that is well absorbed.
  • Both packets also contain 500 IUs of Vitamin D3, for 1,000 IUs total. Vitamin D is critical for proper calcium absorption into the bones. For people who live in northern latitudes we suggest taking additional vitamin D for their bones and overall health. In addition, both packets contain vitamin K2 that acts almost as a guide for calcium once it enters the body, helping to utilize it to the utmost and guide it into bones.

Side note: Beware that not all calcium supplements are created equal. In fact, most over-the-counter calcium supplements are made of calcium carbonate, which is cheap and not well-absorbed at all. You get what you pay for; so even if Key Osteo Plus isn’t for you, please keep this in mind when shopping for your own calcium product.

Who Should Take Key Osteo Plus?

For those with osteopenia or osteoporosis (an indication of thinning or weak bones) Key Osteo Plus may help to restore bones along with a healthy, real food plan. If that’s you, we’d suggest taking both the AM and PM packet every day.

Key Osteo Plus can also be a wonderful supplement to maintain healthy bones by alternating days taking the AM or PM packets.

Foods to Support Bone Health

It’s worth noting that regardless of all the Key Osteo Plus benefits listed above, you simply can’t supplement your way out of a bad diet. At Nutritional Weight & Wellness, we always encourage food first before supplements. When it comes to bone health, eating adequate amounts of protein, healthy fats, and vegetable carbohydrates several times per day helps to strengthen our active bone material, as well as to provide the key nutrients that create and maintain new bone structure – regardless of your age. For a sample menu of foods to build your bones, check out this post.

To create a targeted, specialized approach to strengthening your bones, we’d encourage you to sign up for a nutrition consultation, available by phone or in-person.

Money-Back Guarantee Fine Print: We so highly believe in the effectiveness of this product that we are offering a money-back guarantee. To be in compliance with this offer, a client must also be in compliance with the dietary recommendations of Nutritional Weight & Wellness  listed above and come in with a baseline DEXA scan (bone density scan), take both packets daily consistently for twelve consecutive months, then get another DEXA scan. If bone density readings worsen or remain the same, Nutritional Weight & Wellness will refund the amount of total purchases. Clients are required to keep their receipts for proof of purchase and to confirm consistency with taking the product (i.e., the receipts should show they purchase the product approximately once per month for a year).

I have osteopenia borderline osteoporosis. My bone density test over the last years have not been good. I started using a collagen supplement. Can this product be taken in addition to the collagen?

Yes, it is absolutely fine to take the Key Osteo Plus along with collagen. In fact, taking them together could be more beneficial to bone health than taking just one or the other.

I have been taking key osteo plus for almost 2 months. Since I have started taking it I have had GI upset in the mornings, cramping and diarrhea. Is there anything I can do to make this better. I would like to keep taking the key osteo plus

It sounds like you’re having difficulty absorbing both supplements as well as nutrients. This can be such a miserable situation and I suggest working with a nutritionist to help resolve some of these issues.

It’s critical to address underlying issues to make sure you are absorbing nutrients for overall health and bone remodeling.
