Crunchy Broccoli Salad Recipe

Makes 4 servings | Gluten free and dairy free

Step 1

½ c. cold-pressed mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Step 2

6 c. broccoli – cut into bite-size pieces

Step 3

4 slices bacon – cooked and diced
2 c. red grapes – sliced in half
¼ c. slivered almonds
¼ c. red onion – diced (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients from Step 1 in a large bowl.
  2. Add broccoli to mayonnaise dressing and toss.
  3. Add ingredients from Step 3 to broccoli mixture & toss together.
