Protein Shake Recipe



Makes 1 serving as a meal | Gluten free

½ c. plain, full-fat yogurt*
1 c. fresh or frozen (no sugar added) fruit
2 T. canned coconut milk
1½ scoops whey protein powder (dairy free options: egg white, rice or pea protein)
1 scoop NutriKey Key Greens & Fruits - Strawberry Kiwi (optional)

*To make this dairy free substitute ¼ c. canned coconut milk and ½ c. water for yogurt


Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
