Peach Crisp Recipe

Makes 4 servings | Gluten free 

Step 1

4 peaches, pitted and sliced
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup

Step 2

¼ c. coconut flour
¼ c. almond meal
½ c. almonds, sliced
2 Tbsp butter, softened


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix together peaches and maple syrup and place in an 8x8" or 9x9" baking dish.
  3. Mix together coconut flour, almond meal, almonds and butter. Sprinkle on top of the peaches.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes or until it is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  5. Top with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
