Q: How much does nutrition counseling cost if I pay out-of-pocket? Answer
For those paying out-of-pocket (not through insurance), an initial nutrition counseling appointment is $250 and last for 1 1/2 hours. Follow-up appointments are $120 and last for 1 hour. You may need more than one visit to make lasting changes to your nutrition. We recommend that you purchase a Wellness Package for up to 25% off.

Q: How much does the Nutrition 4 Weight Loss program cost? Answer
The Foundations program consisting of the 12 week class and a nutrition counseling appointment costs $399. The Foundations class series alone costs $225.
The Ongoing Support & Education 8 week sessions cost $199.
Additional bundle and save packages are available as well.
If you sign up for a class series with a friend, you and your friend each receive $25 in Wellness Bucks. Please call 651-699-3438 to let us know if you are signing up with a friend.

If you have to miss a class within a class series you are taking, simply call us at 651-699-3438 and we will help you find an alternate location for you to take the class.
