Britni Vincent, RD, LD

bios_britni_thomas_large.jpgBritni knows the healing power of nutrition because she has experienced it herself. She once struggled with insomnia, acne and regular migraines that would force her to retreat to a dark room for relief. Britni tried several different approaches to feel better before she realized her diet was the culprit and changed her eating to a more balanced approach, incorporating more protein and healing fats. As a result, her insomnia and acne are gone, and she rarely has migraines.

Not only has Britni experienced better health herself, but she has seen similar improvements in her clients. Britni understands that an individualized approach is necessary to achieve the same kinds of results that she experienced. She keeps up with the latest nutrition research and applies those findings with her clients. Britni is easy to talk to and truly cares that her clients accomplish their goals.

“It is extremely rewarding seeing how nutrition can positively change people’s lives. I am here to support, motivate and educate you the whole way so you can experience the positive effects of nutrition firsthand.”
