Turkey Breakfast Sausage Recipe


Makes 6 servings | Gluten free and dairy free

Step 1

2 pounds ground turkey
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dried sage
4 tsp. fennel seed
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. avocado or coconut oil


  1. In a bowl, mix spices thoroughly into ground turkey.

  2. Divide evenly into 16 patties.

  3. Heat a sauté pan to medium-high and add avocado oil. Add turkey sausage and cook through, about 3 - 4 minutes per side, or place on a sheet pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350º. Turn after 15 minutes.
