Educating people about nutrition
is our passion at Nutritional Weight & Wellness. Our staff believes that adults need education to make changes successfully.
We offer classes at our offices, through community education, for wellness programs and for organizations. - Weight & Wellness Series: Our signature, six-week series helps students understand the connection between what they eat and how they feel based on
the biochemistry of cravings and metabolism.
- Let's
Do Lunch: Weight & Wellness: Same great information as the six week series but taught during the lunch hour for
twelve weeks. It's a great way to stay focused while implenting the life changing information.
- Living the Weight & Wellness Way: An 8-week course specifically designed for Weight & Wellness graduates that want to refresh,
recommit and reinvigorate their passion for healthy eating.
- Nutrition 4 Weight Loss: Lose weight, gain energy and experience well-being. Real results, real nutrition. Nutrition 4 Weight Loss works! Real food
keeps you satisfied, curbs your cravings and supports your metabolism. This course meets for 12 weeks and includes 2, one-hour
consultations with a nutritionist.
