Chicken Patties

1 lbs ground chicken breast
1 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup green onions, chopped
¼ cup parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup brown rice, cooked
24 black olives, chopped
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients. Place parchment paper on baking sheet. Spread with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Form 8 patties and place on paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.

To Complete the Meal – Serve with a piece of fruit.
