Butter or olive oil
12 eggs
2 cups cream
1 – 16 oz. package hash browns
1 package fresh or frozen spinach
3 sausage links, cut up
½ cup shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9” x 13” pan with butter or olive oil. Whisk eggs and cream in a separate bowl. Spread hash browns on bottom of pan. Spread spinach then sausage over hash browns. Pour egg mixture over sausage. Bake 45-55 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top for last 5 minutes.
