Muffin Tin Meatloaf

1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 ½ cup zucchini or summer
squash, shredded
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Place approximately 1/3 cup beef mixture into each opening of your muffin tin. Gently press down.
¼ cup organic ketchup
Spread ketchup on top of each individual meatloaf. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until center is no longer pink.
