1 ½ lbs ground beef 1 cup soft bread crumbs 1 ½ cup zucchini or summer squash, shredded 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients
in a large mixing bowl. Place approximately 1/3 cup beef mixture into each opening of your muffin tin. Gently press down.

Spread
ketchup on top of each individual meatloaf. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until center is no longer pink.
