Salmon Salad Supreme

1 – 7.5 oz can water-packed salmon, drained
½ cup celery – diced
2 tablespoon green onion – chopped
½ cup frozen peas
1 hard-boiled egg - chopped
5 large ripe olives - sliced
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoon dried basil leaves

Combine in a large bowl. Divide into 2 portions and serve over 2 large lettuce leaves.
