Nutritional Weight & Wellness, Inc., founded over 25 years ago, is a leader in real food nutrition education with six locations in the Twin Cities, and is the host
 of Dishing Up Nutrition radio show on MyTalk 107.1 FM.

We are looking for the right person to join our close-knit team. Are you empathetic, a people person, have a great attitude, know what good customer service means, take initiative, want to learn, and do your part in helping your coworkers and clients? We are currently hiring for a part-time Client Service/Front Desk team member to work in our new Woodbury office. Some responsibilities include:

  • provide above-and-beyond customer service
  • effectively communicate the benefits of the Weight & Wellness Way (real food nutrition) via phone, email or in person
  • work as a team with the on-site nutritionist and other staff members
  • schedule client appointments and register clients for classes
  • ring up vitamin and supplement sales
  • prepare class and educational materials

Minimum requirements:

  • High school degree
  • Past customer service experience
  • Available to work two evenings and 1-2 Saturdays per month, flexible availability is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Basic point of sale (POS) experience
  • Familiarity with Nutritional Weight & Wellness classes, consultations and/or an avid Dishing Up Nutrition listener is a plus.

Physical requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds
  • Extensive time answering the phone
  • Extensive time working at a computer workstation
