Customer Service Representative for NutriKey —St Paul Location

Nutritional Weight & Wellness, Inc., a leader in real food nutrition education with six locations in the Twin Cities, is looking for a caring, compassionate person that has a great attitude and is interested in working with a great team of like-minded people.
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for our NutriKey vitamin e-commerce website at our St Paul office. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Answer emails and phone calls for NutriKey
- Field calls/emails and work with the correct department to resolve
- Topics: missing or incorrect shipments, quality issues, product related questions, returns
- Work with shipping for missing items, incorrect shipments, and lost orders
- Track missing packages and file claims with USPS and UPS
- Communicate with clients the status of delayed shipments and known backorders
- Notify Products Manager on client reported quality issues
- Use existing tools (website, articles, podcasts) to find info for clients on product questions
- Work with nutritionists for assistance in answering product related questions
Quality Control
- Log returns and complaints in compliance with FDA standards
- Inspect product from returns in compliance with FDA standards
- Provide Adverse Event Forms to clients with complaints and notify Products Manager
System work
- Work in multiple systems: Shopify, Lightspeed, Shipping Easy
- Process refunds and missing discounts in Shopify
- Place orders for clients in Shopify as needed
- Adjust inventory in LightSpeed as needed
- Process orders and returns in Shipping Easy
Work with Shipping & Inventory Departments (as time allows, not primary role)
- Help shipping department in packing outbound orders (as time allows)
- Help unpack inbound inventory and packing materials (as time allows)
- Help pack inventory transfers to other stores (on Thursdays)
Minimum requirements:
- Ideal candidate likes to problem solve, sleuth, troubleshoot, and communicate resolutions
- Ideal candidate is comfortable learning and working in multiple systems
- Enjoys talking to clients and providing excellent customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
- High school degree but college degree preferred
- Strong math and writing skills required
- Likes to work in a team but able to work independently
- Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms a plus
- Familiarity with Nutritional Weight & Wellness classes, consultations and/or an avid Dishing Up Nutrition listener is a plus
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds (moving large boxes and mail bags)
- Extensive time answering the phone
- Extensive time working at a computer workstation
- Standing, walking, sitting, lifting and stairs
Hours: M-F, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
