The new year is here, and we'd like to take a moment to reflect on 2017 and the hundreds of clients we've helped to better their health. Our company has grown and so has our podcast Dishing Up Nutrition, now reaching over two million listeners around the world. While we think that all of our podcast topics are important, we're not above picking favorites! We went back and found out which podcasts were most relevant for our listeners and are sharing our top four most popular podcasts for you to listen to one more time.
