Welcome to the dog days of summer, when temps are rising and any lake or pool is looking more and more inviting. Just because it’s hot out doesn’t mean your nutrition has to suffer, cool off with these delicious Nutritional Weight & Wellness popsicles.

Each recipe serves four to six (depending on molds used) balanced snacks—protein (whey protein powder), fat (cream or coconut milk) and a (good) carb (banana or peaches).
