Beef Stir Fry Recipe

Makes 4 servings | Gluten free and dairy free

Step 1

1 ½ pounds sirloin (sliced)
¼ c. Bragg ® Liquid Aminos
2 Tbsp cooking wine (optional)
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
¼ c. green onion (diced)
dash of cayenne pepper

Step 2

2 c. broccoli (chopped)
1 c. pea pods (trimmed)
1 c. red onion (diced)
1 c. red bell pepper (sliced)
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp ginger

Step 3

½  c. beef broth - preservative free


  1. Combine ingredients from Step 1 in a medium bowl for marinade. Add beef slices and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  2. Cut vegetables while meat is marinating.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet and add vegetables, ginger, salt and pepper to taste. Saute vegetables for about 5 minutes and then set aside in a separate bowl.
  4. Add meat and marinade to the skillet and cook to preferred doneness.
  5. Return vegetables to the skillet and add beef broth.
  6. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for a few minutes or until everything is heated through.
