Warm Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe

Makes 1 servings | Gluten free and dairy free

Step 1

1/3 c. canned coconut milk
1 small apple or ½ large apple, peeled
1 c. hot water
½ tsp apple pie spice
1 ½ scoops Wellness Whey Protein - vanilla or 1 scoop Paleo Protein - vanilla 

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
