Warm Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie

Makes 1 servings | Gluten free (dairy free with paleo protein)

Step 1

1 c hot water
¼ c coconut  milk (or 2 Tbsp heavy cream)
½ scoop Key Greens & Fruits - Espresso flavor
1 scoop Wellness Whey Vanilla protein or Vanilla Paleo protein
1/4 c pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
