2 lbs ground beef, venison or turkey
Garlic, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt and pepper (to taste)
4 c. butternut squash or sweet potato - chopped
6 oz. can tomato paste
2-4 Tbsp BBQ sauce
Spinach or kale (optional)
