Beef Jerky Recipe
Makes 24 2-oz. servings | Gluten free and dairy free
3 lbs. round or chuck steak
½ c. Bragg Liquid Aminos or tamari sauce (without MSG)
4 T. wine
¼ c. pineapple juice
½ tsp. sea salt
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Place steak in freezer until firm, not hard. Slice into thin strips.
- Mix together ingredients from step 2 and pour over steak. Marinate overnight.
- Put slices of beef in oven directly on oiled racks. Place foil on the bottom of the oven to catch drippings.
- Cook on low (under 200 degrees) for 6-8 hours.
- Keep jerky refrigerated.
