Step 1

½ cup frozen raspberries or strawberries
Handful of fresh spinach or ½ scoop NutriKey Key Greens & Fruits - Berry
1 scoop NutriKey Wellness Whey Protein - Chocolate
¼ cup canned coconut milk

Directions:

Add water and or/ ice as needed for preferred texture, blend & enjoy.
