Curry Chicken Salad Recipe

Makes 2 servings | Gluten free and dairy free

Step 1

¼ c. mayo 
1 Tbsp dijon mustard 
1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar 
1 Tbsp curry powder 

Step 2

2 c. cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 c. diced celery
¼ c. dried currants or craisins
handful fresh tarragon, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
handful fresh chives, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)


  1. Combine ingredients from step 1 in a bowl and mix.
  2. Add ingredients from step 2 and mix until well combined. Chill and serve.
