Green Veggie Dip

Makes 4 servings | Gluten free and dairy free

Step 1

1 c. cold pressed mayo
½ c. fresh herbs, roughly chopped (any combo of cilantro, mint, basil, thai basil, parsley, chives)
*I normally use equal quantities of cilantro, thai basil, and spearmint
2 scallions, roughly chopped
1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
1 jalapeno, roughly chopped (optional)
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; puree until smooth.

  2. Use water to thin out if necessary.
